 Known to family and friends as GEORGE, he was born & raised in Old Homosassa. His family has lived there for generations. He is the last of the Alvie Head Jr family, closing another chapter in the Head family legacy. George loved the simple things in life like sitting on the porch watching the squirrels or helping his wife with her costume jewelry. When he was young he worked as a carpenter & later in life with his wife at Stokes & Homosassa flea markets. George survived by his love wife & best friend Stephanie Head of 36 years. His stepsons who he treated as own, Richard Conklin,(wife) Melissa Seney ~ Jason Conklin (wife) Holly Conklin. 5 grandchildren. Jonathan, Bradon, Faith, Tyler, Jaxon and 1 great-grandchild Cecila. George preceded the death of his Father Alvie R.Head Jr, his mother Mary Francis Yeager and 9 brothers. Private arrangements are under the care of McGan Cremation Service, Inverness.
