Bill Wilkerson, 64, of Ozello, Fla., passed away on September 12, 2015 at Hospice of Citrus County in Lecanto, FL. Bill was born on September 5, 1951 to Billy and Betty Wilkerson in Columbus, GA. Bill attended Jordan High School and went on to become a master plumber. Bill is survived by his loving wife of 36 yrs, Teresa; 1 son, Tony Wayne Wilkerson (Jennifer) of Winter Haven, FL; 1 daughter-in-law, Angela Stringfellow; 5 grandchildren, Conner, Kenneth, Kaitlyn, Madison, and Julien; 1 brother, Bo Wilkerson of Treasure Island, FL; 1 sister, Terri Floyd of Riverview, FL; 1 brother-in-law, Billy Gainey (Judy) of Columbus, GA; 2 sister-in-laws, Fay Maddox (Charles) of Seale, AL and Becky Wilkerson of Phenix City, AL and numerous nieces and nephews and 1 dog, JR. He was preceded in death by 1 son, Kenneth James Stringfellow and 2 brothers, Tommy and Carl Wilkerson. Bill loved to hunt and fish and shoot pool. His favorite place was the Island Outpost in Ozello, FL. He was a proud citizen of Ozello, FL for 16 years. There will be a Celebration of Life on Saturday, September 19, 2015 at 3:00 PM at the Ozello Island Church.
