Carolyn A Hayes

Carolyn A Hayes, 78, of Dunnellon, FL passed away on August 6, 2018 under the care of Timberridge Nursing Home in Ocala, FL. Carolyn was born on January 12, 1940 in Perry, FL, the daughter of Robert and Leona Ashburn. She graduated from Crestview High School and attended Evangel College, and got her Associate of Arts from Central Florida Community College. She worked as the Principal’s secretary for the Inverness Middle School where she retired in 2002. She was a proud member of the North Oak Baptist Church in Citrus Springs. Her survivors include her loving husband of 58 years, Charles Hayes of Dunnellon, FL; 2 daughters, Cynthia Longacre (John) of Inverness, FL and Candace Dean (Wilbur) of Bronson, FL; 5 Grandchildren; 4 GreatGrandchildren; numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
