Edward “Dwight” Hires, 76, of Inverness, Fla., passed away on November 9, 2022 at Arbor Springs Health and Rehabilitation Center under the care of Hospice of Marion County in Ocala, FL. Arrangements by McGan Cremation Service LLC, Inverness, FL

Edward D. Hires, preferred name was “Dwight” passed away on November 9th, 2022 peacefully under the care of hospice in Ocala Florida. Dwight was a 76 year old retired carpenter.  He graduated from Boca Raton High school in 1966. He enjoyed anything about planes and had a hobby of building smaller model airplanes. 

He was born to Delvin Hires & Ina Muckenfuss on April 22nd, 1946. He was preceded by his Parents and two sons Eddie & Jerry. He is survived by his widowed daughter in law, Leeanna, his granddaughters, Chey & Kimberly, and 5 great-grandchildren.
