Fred Williams

Fred J. Williams of Inverness, Florida passed away on September 30, 2022 at the age of 84. He was predeceased by his mother Mary Williams Schram, his stepfather Harold Schram, his father Richard Williams, brother Richard (Dickie) Williams, and his sister Emily Myers. He is survived by his sisters Grace Taylor, Betty Eisele, Martha Marsh and many nieces and nephews.

Fred was raised in Pennsylvania then moved with his mother to Niagara Falls, NY. He was a Merchant Marine and served in the United States Marine Corps. Upon discharge, he opened a taxi business in Niagara Falls. After his lucrative business venture, Fred retired to Florida finally settling in Inverness.

Fred loved riding his motorcycle and socializing with friends. He had many long term friendships in Pennsylvania, New York, and Florida. Steve & Roy visited him regularly from New York. He enjoyed spending time with Vickie, Chrissy, and Bob in Inverness.

He will truly be missed by his family and friends, especially for his loyalty, happiness, and laughter. Fred was an incredible person and loved dearly.
