Howard Frank Cottrell

Howard “Frank” Cottrell, 56, of Citrus Springs, Fla., went to be with the Lord on June 7, 2015. He was born in Montgomery, WV on July 15, 1958 to Granville S Cottrell and Wanda J (Phalen) Cottrell. Frank was predeceased by his parents and brother, Calvin. He is survived by his wife of almost 23 years, Sally Abbott Cottrell. He leaves behind his brother, Jerry Cottrell of Cannelton, WV and wife Georgie; sisters, Libby Miller of Charleston, WV and Jennifer Cottrell of Charleston, WV ; son , Jason F Cottrell of Montgomery, WV and wife Angela; stepsons, Neal A Rosenberger of Garner NC and Scott A Rosenberger of Inverness, FL and wife Rachael. He also leaves behind his beloved grandchildren, Cayden J Cottrell, Chase A Wentz, Gideon C Rosenberger, Elijah A Rosenberger and Elizabeth J Rosenberger. Frank grew up in West Virginia. He served in the US Marine Corps. As an adult he worked in numerous jobs doing building maintenance and using his mechanical skills. Most recently he worked at Life Care of Citrus County until May 2011. He enjoyed family and was always doing things for others. He was under the care of Hospice of Citrus County and the Nature Coast.
