Jillian Andreah Zerbe

Jillian Andreah Zerbe was born 12/17/2001 at 11:15 AM in Crystal River, FL and lost her battle with cancer on 3/18/2023 at 9:45 PM.
She came into this world in a very enthusiastic and spirited way. From the moment she was born, she demanded life be on her terms and in her own extraordinary style. She was born at home (in a waterbed, not sure what Pattie was thinking there) with the assistance of Candy, her Mid-wife, Mom-Mom, Aunt Kathie, Cousin Melissa, and a very good friend Bobbi Jorgensen all helping with her arrival.
She had nicknames which suited her very well, Jilly bean and Ladybug.
She loved bright colors and thought the world needed to have more BLING.
Family and friends were very important to her. When Jillian touched your life, you knew you had been in the presence of hurricane Jillian, be assured you were in for a ride where you would feel the full effects from laughter to tears and every emotion in between each time you saw her or spoke to her.
She was extremely intelligent and was not shy about letting you know, when she knew what she was talking about. 
She laughed hard, played harder (sometimes a little too hard), and loved with every fiber of her being. 
She lived in a hurry and fluttered around like a lost butterfly not knowing where to land. She struggled to find her place in this world and longed to take life by the tail and make it hers but, always thought this was taking way too long.
When she was passionate about a topic, she was fully committed to it and made sure everyone knew that she was a supporter. 
Jillian was an avid blogger, writing about twists and turns in life, crafts and her love of animals and their rescues.
Jillian had many pen-pals all over the world. I’m not sure how many stamps she needs to Fly.
Jillian Andreah Zerbe Cuvillier has joined those who passed previously; her father Alan Handler, Pop-Pop – Robert Zerbe, GG mom – Nansie Merrell and GG Pop Norman Merrell.
She is survived by her mother Patricia Zerbe (Hugo Cuvillier), brothers Jared Zerbe & Robert Handler, sisters Melony Handler, Amanda Cowan, Grandmother Roberta Zerbe, Aunts & Uncles Norman Zerbe (Pauline), Katherine Lockwitch (Greg), Tony Zerbe, Cristine Handler, Roberta Herring, Christi Eggleston, Dorrie Brunke, Charmayne Zerbe Escoto, a Great Aunt Patricia Barr, her significant other Brandon Hollis, numerous cousins, extended family, and many friends.
Services will be held at St. Anne’s Church on Fort Island Trail in Crystal River, FL on Tuesday March 28, 2023, at 6PM and will be followed by fellowship in the Parish Hall, all are welcome. 
A sunset memorial will be held Wednesday March 29, 2023, at 6:45PM at Fort Island Beach in Crystal River, FL.
